November 21, 2023
Goodwill of Delaware & Delaware County is the recipient of Community Service Block Grant funding from First State Community Action Agency. The Block Grant funds are monitored by Delaware’s Department of Health and Social Services and Division of State Service Centers and will be used to support Goodwill’s Supported Employment program which delivers comprehensive case management services to unemployed and/or underemployed individuals, at no cost to the recipient. To qualify for the Goodwill Supported Employment program individuals must reside in New Castle County, DE, be age 18 or older, and meet Delaware state income guidelines.
