GOODWILL OF DELAWARE & DELAWARE COUNTY TO HOST ANNUAL INSPIRATION AWARDS LUNCHEON ON MAY 9, 2025

WILMINGTON, DE (March 19, 2025) – Goodwill of Delaware & Delaware County’s annual Inspiration Awards Luncheon returns on Friday, May 9, celebrating the accomplishments of individuals and the advocacy and partnership of organizations, who embody and advance Goodwill’s nonprofit mission.
Brad Turner-Little, President and CEO of the National Association of Workforce Boards (NAWB) will deliver the luncheon keynote, highlighting regional and national trends in the sector. The National Association of Workforce Boards (NAWB) represents and advocates for Workforce Development Boards nationwide, collaborating with education and economic development partners to oversee regional workforce programs that connect job seekers, businesses, and communities with meaningful employment opportunities.
Brad Turner-Little is no stranger to Goodwill. Prior to leading the NAWB, Brad served as Vice President, Strategy and Network Experience at Goodwill Industries International. Throughout his nearly 25-year career at Goodwill, he was instrumental in shaping transformational strategies that defined Goodwill’s mission. His insights will inspire attendees to continue driving positive change in the community.

• Arline Docherty Team Member of the Year Award: Fiona Surujdeo, Regional Janitorial Operations Manager, Goodwill of Delaware & Delaware County
