We help adults re-enter the workforce by offering crucial training and new employment opportunities to veterans, justice-involved individuals, and long-term unemployed.
I NEED EMPLOYMENT, FINANCIAL, OR SUPPORT SERVICES
Our programs help you to develop the skills needed to enter and stay in the workforce. Our family resource coordinators help minimize barriers to success, improve credit, and increase savings.
I’M READY TO WORK
We create job opportunities for individuals with a sincere drive to work. Find the employment option that’s right for you. For example, our Senior Community Service Employment Program provides paid, part-time work experience for people over the age of 55 in New Castle County.
I’M AN EMPLOYER
If you need to fill temporary or contract positions, you can rely on our staffing services to recruit reliable, skilled, and hardworking people.
